If you want to deposit more than US$9,000 or equivalent with us, you will need to provide further documentation such as a passport and current bank statement or similar as outlined on our open an account page. If you are an existing client with access to your portal, you can upload these documents to your portal. If you are not an existing client, you will need to email your documents to email@example.com. Following receipt, a member of our onboarding team will review your documents. If acceptable, we will notify you once the funding restrictions have been removed from your account.
