A global leader in online multi-asset trading services, OANDA has won the Best Forex Trading Technology award at the prestigious UK Forex Awards 2017 by leading industry publication Shares magazine, beating out a host of competitors to secure the top spot. The 2017 UK Forex Awards winners were announced last night at a presentation ceremony that acknowledged the best performing companies in the markets.

OANDA combines cutting-edge trading technology and exceptional execution across a wide range of asset classes, enabling clients to trade not only currencies but also global market indices, commodities, treasuries and precious metals on both their institutional-grade OANDA trading platform and the ever popular MT4.

Vatsa Narasimha, President & CEO of OANDA Corporation, said, “We are truly honoured to receive this prestigious award. During the course of our 21-year history, we’ve combined our passion for innovation with ground-breaking technology, to better serve clients and enhance their trading experience. In the last year alone, we’ve launched an all-new advanced charting html5 package, introduced multiple mobile enhancements and upgraded our trading platform to feature institutional-grade execution speeds. As such, we believe this award acknowledges the commitment we show to our clients.”

Now in its sixth year, the 2017 UK Forex Awards celebrates brokers that champion cutting-edge technology, low-cost trading, comprehensive market research tools, advanced educational programmes and world-class customer service. The awards are determined based on votes submitted by forex traders and the private investment community, ensuring they truly capture market sentiment.
