Having developed FTMO from a local Czech business into the world's most important company in its segment, Otakar is FTMO Group's Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the OANDA Board. 

In 2014, whilst studying at university, Otakar, alongside his friend Marek Vašíček, used his passion for trading to found the platform Získejúčet.cz, which became FTMO in 2017. The focus has always been on delivering a quality product that supports the development and monetisation of trading skills.

At FTMO, Otakar oversees the strategy development and construction of the platform based on customer needs.

He graduated from the University of Economics in Prague, with a specialty in banking and insurance.
