OANDA a global leader in online multi-asset trading services, today announced Javier Martell has been selected to oversee global legal functions as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.

Martell most recently led the legal, compliance and human resources functions for Boku, Inc., amid the direct carrier billing mobile payment service’s expansion across 65 countries. After graduation from The University of Chicago Law School, Javier began his career at Pillsbury Winthrop LLP (formerly Pillsbury Madison & Sutro) and later served as General Counsel for a number of technology companies including mFoundry Inc. and RedSpark, Inc.
