Transaction Reporting Analyst, Kraków

As a Transaction Reporting Analyst, you will be tasked with:

  • Ensuring the firm is compliant in meeting its numerous regulatory trade reporting obligations in multiple jurisdictions
  • Completing daily processes and daily/monthly controls
  • Creating, designing, and implementing solutions to be used in the day-to-day environment
  • Accountable for quality of output as well as taking ownership for their work with little direction and support
  • Working with internal and external teams outside of the home state
  • Dealing with daily operational issues, escalating items which cannot be resolved in a timely manner
  • Creating and updating process notes
  • Developing relationships with internal stakeholders, including:
    • Account opening to ensure relevant client data is captured
    • Trading desk for understanding the products traded
    • Product management team to capture new products
    • Engineering teams for implementing any technical changes
    • Compliance
  • Potential for shift rotations to ensure global coverage

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Experience and good product knowledge across a wide range of OTC and ETD products and asset classes
  • At least 5 years’ experience working in a transaction reporting environment at an analyst level
  • Proven abilities for attention to detail and problem solving
  • Excellent knowledge of trade reporting requirements with knowledge of MiFIR, EMIR, ASIC and MAS as a minimum; any additional regimes would be a bonus – 5 years trade reporting experience is required
  • NFA experience
  • Attendance of courses related to transaction reporting
  • Experience within a retail derivative industry
  • Experience of initiating and driving improvements to pre-existing processes
  • Challenging mindset, identifying the need for change and improvement
  • Excellent administration and communication skills
  • Proactive attitude and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to multitask and working under a time pressured environment
  • Ability to work on their own initiatives with little direction and support
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
