Senior Campaign Manager, London

  Senior Campaign Manager

This role will be responsible for the planning and management of the full campaign lifecycle; including but not limited to campaign delivery, campaign optimisation, pacing, performance and margin reporting.

The day to day responsibilities of the role will vary considerably, however they are expected to focus on the following areas of activity:


  • Creation of detailed media plans with a clear breakdown of activity and cost by publishers
  • Provide rationale behind media plans based on campaign performance and targets
  • Publisher relationship management and negotiation of direct publisher deals
  • Process management, standards and workflow
  • Creation and management of targeting strategies


  • Meticulous record keeping of optimisations carried out during campaigns
  • Manage pacing and performance with publishers and 3rd parties
  • Reallocation of budget between channels and publishers mid-campaign based on pacing and performance
  • Create test strategies to test publishers, platforms and audiences
  • Provide recommendations for new tagging strategies to increase campaign measurement and performance

Campaign Reporting

  • Presentable multi-channel campaign report on Daily, weekly and Monthly basis
  • Create detailed post-campaign analysis 
  • Present and implement detailed recommendations from previous campaign performance

Candidate Requirements:

  • Have a bachelor's degree in any relevant subject
  • Experience working across both client and agency side.
  • Demonstrable experience with DCM, DBM, GTM etc.
  • A proven track record in driving lead generation through multiple online channels.
  • Strong desire to track campaign responses, evaluating their effectiveness and providing guidance on optimisation
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • A thorough approach to solving problems
  • Project management skills.
  • Strong sense of initiative and personal ownership
  • Dedicated to attaining team and personal goals
  • Understanding of 3rd party technology integration
  • Evidence of technical comfort and a strong understanding of internet functionality, digital media technologies and industry
