OANDA Group company, TMS, is looking for Relationship Manager to join our team in Warsaw.

TMS Brokers is part of OANDA Group, an award-winning global company that offers currency solutions for both real and corporate clients: from tech start-ups to global corporations.

What will be your scope of duties?

  • Build, manage and deepen new and existing relationships with a dedicated portfolio of TMS High-Value Clients (HVCs) and Potential HVCs.
  • Contact clients regularly to maintain a strong working relationship.
  • Identify needs and deliver high-value solutions.
  • Retain and reactivate clients through proactive management, utilising TMS products and services.
  • Engage clients with the full suite of TMS products while educating clients about the markets and leveraged trading; personalize content to the clients individual trading style.
  • Proactively gain referrals from existing client relationships.
  • Support the sales department to ensure a smooth on-boarding process for new clients.
  • Identify initiatives to assist in achieving business goals, meet or exceed all assigned key performance indicators (KPIs) as well as add value to the team success.
  • Seeks the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement.

What are we looking for?

  • 2+ years relationship management or sales experience and active Polish stock broker license. 
  • Detailed, organized, and precise in handling customer issues, queries and follow up (via phone as well as in written mediums).
  • Ability to diffuse challenging clients and solve problems professionally.
  • Ability to apply narrow focus on fulfilling the needs of customers and work towards delivering quality experiences that aligns with a premium experience.
  • Positive attitude, flexible nature, ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
  • Demonstrated desire and willingness to continue to upgrade skills and training with regards to financial markets.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to take part and/or lead online events e.g. webinars, workshops, etc. . 
  • Good analytical skills, highly motivated and willing to take on challenge.
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office, financial CRM and experience in Metatrader would be an asset.
  • Fluency in Polish and English.
