We’re looking for a Performance Marketing specialist to define and deliver the mobile and organic marketing strategy for OANDA Coinpass, to drive client growth, market-leading performance for lifetime value and innovations to further enhance all marketing touchpoints with prospects and our clients.
This role will support the development, execution and measurement of integrated marketing activities and campaign initiatives that generate new client acquisition and retention which ultimately drive revenue. We’re looking for a marketer who has deep experience in implementing and growing performance of mobile marketing channels and experience managing organic search channels across multi-device including desktop and mobile. This is a key strategic role for the company as OANDA Coinpass is a new venture into the Crypto space across multiple new markets and has significant investment attached.
Responsibilities
- Achieve the marketing KPIs that underpin the financial performance targets of OANDA Coinpass’ marketing channels – volume of new clients and cost per acquisition, as well as a focus on increasing client value and optimising ROI.
- Define and deliver mobile marketing strategy, plans, roadmaps and budgets in line with KPIs, forecasts and business objectives.
- Define and deliver an organic search strategy across all device types, including SEO and ASO; detailed plans, roadmaps and budgets in line with KPIs, forecasts and business objectives.
- Deliver mobile channel specific launch and growth strategies, briefing internal and external support teams managing end to end implementation.
- Ensure detailed briefs and roadmaps are delivered to internal support teams and agency partners in order to plan and execute end to end campaigns across all business units in line with best practice and business requirements.
- Supporting the OANDA Coinpass Performance Marketing Manager, manage day to day mobile specific paid media activity supported by agencies, such as bidding, ad copy testing, journey testing, CPA and conduct daily/weekly/monthly optimisations.
- Support UK Affiliates and Partners to deliver against targets.
- Support UX/CX/Product teams to develop user journeys that effectively convert our target audience and communicate our proposition end to end.
- Work closely with CRO to implement A/B tests and best practices to improve conversion across all user journeys.
- Support the strategic communication of the marketing-led performance and KPI’s to the wider business, developing the approach to include upstream and downstream analysis as relevant.
- Instill a culture of high performance and outstanding results where the team are encouraged to perform to their best
- Manage key senior stakeholders and 3rd party relationships building strong and collaborative approaches
- Ensure effective risk management processes and controls are in place at all times and appropriate measures implemented to ensure compliance with relevant Oanda Policies.
- Drive the strategy and execution of lead nurturing programs to engage prospects higher in the funnel and generate additional demand.
Who you are
- Minimum of 5 years’ global experience, having implemented successful marketing initiatives in multiple regions throughout the world.
- Significant experience in mobile marketing and mobile user journeys.
- Significant experience in SEO, ASO and organic channel optimisations.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate individuals and partners to achieve objectives on time and with great attention to detail.
- Demonstrates strategic thinking and planning ability, whilst being tactically responsive to changing needs
- Effective and comfortable working with senior leadership.
- Previous experience developing integrated demand generation strategies and executing campaigns with a proven record of supporting sales to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Specific experience in supporting new product launches with fully integrated marketing programs to drive demand.
- Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation and spoken formats to a variety of audiences including executive management
- Ability to retrieve the “voice of the customer” and to build personas with our product team to ensure we are communicating competently to the right audiences
- Detail-oriented team player with cross-functional project leadership and strong team management skills
- Ability to thrive in a high growth environment and work collaboratively with colleagues and staff
