Junior Sales Representative (Ukrainian Language Fluency), Warsaw, Masovian Voivodeship, Poland

Due to the rapid growth and development of new markets we are looking for a person for the position of Junior Sales Representative with Ukrainian.

At the beginning we offer replacement contract (12 months, full-time, employment agreement) with the possibility of extend. 

What will be your scope of duties?

  • Providing daily customer service (supporting Ukrainian Clients).
  • Building up positive relationships with Clients and new potential Clients. 
  • Meeting or exceeding sales performance targets. 
  • Resolving issues in a timely manner and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 
  • Working with the CRM system. 
  • Monitoring of the situation on financial markets. 

What are we looking for?

  • Ukrainian language - native or proficiency level required. 
  • Very good knowledge of English or Polish language (or both). 
  • Previous experience in a sales/customer service area. 
  • Willingness and flexibility of working as a temporary worker (we offer replacement contract - 12 months, full-time, employment agreement - with the possibility of extend). 
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. 
  • Knowledge of financial markets would be an asset. 
  • Positive attitude.
