Client Experience Associate (Spanish Language Fluency), Kraków

About the role

It can also be a pathway to success in business, even if don't have years of experience! Join our multicultural Client Experience Team and start your career path in FinTech company. You will be responsible for providing daily support to OANDA's clients and helping them getting  more and more familiar with our platform and products. 

What will be your scope of duties?

  • Informing our customers about our products, help them to understand how our products work and how to use them (via live chat and email). 
  • Providing basic login troubleshooting assistance to customers having difficulty accessing the platform.
  • Identifying and analysing customer needs to ensure high customer satisfaction, growth, and retention of business.
  • Cooperating with and supporting other Departments – Account Onboarding, Compliance, Legal etc.
  • Promoting positive customer relations with a can-do attitude, and willingness to always help.
  • Maintaining a well-developed working knowledge of the complete line of products and services offered by OANDA.
  • Managing ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

What are we looking for?

  • Fluent knowledge of English and Spanish. 
  • Knowledge of Polish will be an additional plus. 
  • Openness to work both from the office and remotely– it will be ideal to meet with the team at the office once a week.
  • Ability to handle email, live chat inquiries and phone calls from time to time.
  • Excellent communications skills and positive attitude.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and resourceful.
  • Passionate about learning and strive to gain new knowledge about product and service changes.
