Account Executive, London


This role is responsible for Sales to prospective OANDA clients as well as on-boarding of new clients, introducing them to our platform and acting as their first point of contact. You will help clients through their live account application and increase the number of new live trading accounts as well as converting sales leads into funded accounts and achieving quarterly targets. This role will be based in the London office.

What you will do:

  • Learn about the FX and CFD markets from industry professionals.
  • Develop sales process and customer service skills.
  • Call leads generated by marketing initiatives. 
  • Drive sales for Retails products and services, within regulatory rules.
  • Responsible for answering prospects questions.
  • Working with New Accounts to assist customers when completing all documents required to open an account.
  • Responsible for documenting all client communication in Salesforce.
  • Attend and contribute to sales meetings.


  • Face to Face and/or phone sales experience.
  • Passionate about the finance sector and the FX & CFD markets.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills combined with the ability to grasp complex concepts quickly and identify key messaging for different audiences.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook)
  • Experience in Salesforce would be beneficial.
